The quote tool

The rate request form gathers gender, birthday, your self-rated wellness level, nicotine use, death benefit amount and coverage period. These facts feed into the carriers' rate engine to generate quotes and aren't saved on our system. Your identity—name, street address, call number or email—isn't required to view quotes. Matching requests made multiple times may pull from temporary cache to spare the rate engine extra calls.

Applying

When you proceed to apply, your quoted answers populate the secure application operated by the carriers' system, and you then operate under its privacy policy. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance firm (License 0B75129), administers the application process.

The contact form

The contact form collects your name, email, optional phone number, your preferred reply method, a subject line and your message. It's sent by email to the agency with your email as the return address. This site keeps no message archive, no submission database and no activity log.

Measurement

This site measures traffic using privacy-respecting, cookie-free analysis handled on our infrastructure. No cookies or stored IDs are placed on your browser; the last octet of your IP is removed before storage; URL parameters from referrers get stripped; server records expire in 90 days. Devices signaling Do Not Track signals or enabling Privacy Control skip measurement entirely.

What we do not do

Personal details stay confidential. We don't engage in selling or sharing, using tracking advertisements, or collecting through third-party measurement systems. Only the third-party carrier application loads external code, and only when you navigate to apply.
